Elan Blutinger (Director)

Elan has been a managing director of Alpine Consolidated, LLC and led the successful launch, IPO, and sale of multiple well-known public travel companies in the US and the UK: Travel Services International (NASDAQ:TRVL) and ResortQuest International (NYSE:RZT) as well as Online Travel PLC. He subsequently was a Director at Hotels.com and chaired the special committee that sold the company to IAC/ InterActiveCorp. He is currently a Director of Great Wolf Resorts(NASDAQ:WOLF) and Mountain Reservations. Elan earned his graduate and law degrees at the University of California at Berkeley and the American University in Washington, DC)

Marcel Barbulescu (Chief Technologist)

Marcel Barbulescu is the genius behind the Audionow platform. He has over 20 years of experience between Computer Science and Telecommunications. Marcel is the president and founder of Ziggoo Technologies, a telecommunication company specializing in customized solutions. He co-authored over twenty papers in Artificial Intelligence as a PhD candidate at George Mason University.

Tom Isaacson (Legal and Intellectual Property)

Tom Isaacson served as in-house counsel to AT&T Corp and in the Washington D.C. Office of Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro, LLP (Now Pillsbury Withrop, LLP). He practices strategic patent prosecution and represents clients on patent prosecution, trademark, licensing, and litigation matters. His areas of expertise include CDMA and MPEG standards-based patent analysis, DVD technologies, High Performance Computing (Cloud Computing), wireless technologies and devices and the mechanical arts. Tom managed the prosecution of the patent portfolio for AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. Much of his experience has centered on wireless devices including GPS and location-based technologies. He has negotiated and asserted IP rights in Finland, France, Germany, Taiwan, and South Korea and he has managed the development of patents protecting features of Apple's AppStore, iTunes, iPhone, and Fairplay DRM technology. Tom is a graduate of the University of Utah.

Joe Bous (Strategy and Planning, Director)

Joseph Bous is widely recognized as an advanced Systems Engineer in the field of emerging companies combining a sophisticated ability to simplify complex technological applications in order to increase their utility to mass markets. He has spent the last 20 years developing innovative call center companies, ecommerce and engineering companies. Joe's first technology company became the leader in travel technology throughout the 90's and was sold in 1997 to an international public conglomerate that used the technology to run their multi-billion dollar travel portfolio of companies. He has started multiple technology companies that have been either sold or are being run as successful standalone enterprises. He is one of the top executives in the US online and offline travel market. Joe earned his engineering degrees, undergraduate and graduate at the George Washington University.

Caroline Guirgis (Director, Broadcast Marketing)

Caroline is an experienced marketing executive with a strong foundation in operations and management consulting. Her professional career in the communications industry began with MCI WorldCom in project management. She has almost ten years of strategic marketing and management experience at various emerging companies including Executive Solutions. Previous to that she served as the Director of Operations for EZLiving. Caroline also served as a Management Analyst at JP Morgan Gauranty. She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and has a distinguished history of community service for the less fortunate in the Washington DC area.

Jessica Engelking (Front-end Design and Development, Consumer Experience)

Jessica Engelking has been involved in the design and development of websites since 1996. Jessica worked in planning and front-end development of the high profile website Oprah.com for 8 years after having completed an alternative design school focused on social responsibility. Jessica owns Pearlspine, a creative collective of online business specialists whose diverse backgrounds and skills align to meet the specific goals of the client. Pearlspine's portfolio includes distinguished clients Chef Art Smith, Labs Are Vital by Abbott Laboratories, Lakeshore Public Television and Destination Kitchen. Jessica is a graduate of Columbia College, Chicago, with a major in photography.

James Friesen (Product Development and Design)

James Friesen is the President and founder of Mango Tree Media, a leading website design and development company and has over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field. After getting his start as a Windows programmer and interface designer, James moved into the web development world and never looked back. James specializes in database driven web applications that focus on excellence and ease-of-use. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary.
